You should download and attempt to install your add-in as soon as possible after purchase. You have up to 5 days from the date of purchase or subscription to request a refund. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued when:
- The customer has been unable to activate the license and/or install the add-in.
- The add-in is found to be in conflict with other add-ins on the user’s computer …
- … and we have been unable to resolve the matter.
If approved, refunds are issued in the amount of the purchase minus the $15.00 non-refundable license setup fee.
To request a refund
You have 5 days to request a refund:
- Email your request to contact@scriptwizardsoftware.com (or post a support ticket). Explain the reason for the request and attach the email receipt you received when you made the purchase.
- You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.
- We will review the request with you and attempt to resolve the issue.
- If your request for a refund is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then:
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Subscription Management (Pause, Cancel, Re-start)
You may suspend or cancel a subscription at any time.
At least 24 hours before the subscription is set to renew:
- Log into your subscription account and choose Cancel or Pause, select a reason, and click Submit. You license is suspended immediately.
- You will receive an email confirming the suspension or cancellation.
- If you are canceling, uninstall the add-in immediately.
Pausing a Subscription
If you are pausing the subscription, you do not need to uninstall the add-in. You can continue working on documents you have created as regular word documents. When you restart the subscription, the tools will be available again when you open the documents.
Re-Activating a Subscription License
If/when you re-activate your subscription, we will post the first month to the credit card on file. When we receive confirmation of payment, your license will be re-activated and the add-in features and functions will be available to you once again.
